Ingredients

Bolted Lettuce or Romaine Lettuce
olive oil
salt
pecorino romano
fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Slice lettuce directly down the middle of the interior stem, keeping each half in tact.
Place each lettuce half cut side up in a baking dish.
Season with olive oil and salt.
Grill cut down down for 3-5 minutes, or until nice and charred.
Flip lettuce and grill for another 3 minutes.
Place lettuce back in baking dish (or serving dish) and add freshly grated parmesan and a squeeze of lemon.
Serve immediately.
