Turkey Tail Mushroom Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Crow & Moss drinking chocolate
  • 2 oz whole turkey tail mushroom

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, heat oat milk and whole turkey tail mushroom over low heat until the milk is warmed through, about 10 minutes.
  • Strain the mushrooms through a fine sieve, saving the oat milk and composting or discarding the mushrooms.
  • Return milk to the saucepan and turn heat again to low.
  • Slowly whisk in the chocolate mix until fully incorporated.
  • Pour into serving mugs and enjoy.
